Reservation cancellation or reduction in nights

The Copalis River RV Parks cancellation policy. Reservations may be canceled online or calling RV Park Office by 360-940-7048.

Canceling reservations

When canceling reservations for RV site or Tent site, please be aware of the following information:

If you cancel or reduce nights on a reservation 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the cancel fee is one day plus 5%.

For example: A reservation is made 5 months in advance and canceled one month prior to arrival, the cancel fee is one day plus5%.

• • Making the Reservation

    • $90.00 Camping Fee ($45 X 2 nights)

  • Canceling the Reservation

    •   $90.00 *5%= $4.50 ( canceled fee )

    •   - $4.50  

    •   - 45.00  (one day)   

    •   $40.50 Refund (will send back a check)

• If you cancel a reservation - or reduce the number of nights on your reservation - 13 or fewer days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the cancel No-Refundable.

• If you change or reduce nights on a reservation 14 or more days prior to your scheduled arrival date, the change / reduce fee is a percentage of the cost of 10%.

No-shows

Your reservation is considered a no-show if you have not arrived by 10 am. the day following your scheduled arrival day and you didn't cancel your reservation or contact park staff to hold your site by calling the phone number provided on your reservation confirmation. Payment for camping nights is not refunded for no-show reservations.

Check in or Check out times

Check in: 12 AM- 6 PM. ( if you are arrive will be late please before 6 PM call us make true your time, we will pull your paper work out side the front door than you can let yourself in.) 

Check out: 11:00 AM.

Extra vehicle, people or tent fee

• Your RV site or Tent site fee include parking for only one vehicle and two people.

• The fee for extra vehicles or tent is $25 per night.The fee for extra people is $5 per people per night . 

• Extra vehicles or people must be registered with park staff and the fee paid upon arrival at the park.

Pets friendly

• If you have pet, please clean up after your pet.

Free firewood

• Our prices is include firewood, but before you leave the fire pit, please may sure the fire was done.

Change / Cancel fees

• If you reduce nights or cancel a reservation, reservations will be held to the cancellation policy.

 

Be Prepared Before Making a Reservation

Have the following ready before going online to make a reservation or calling the Reservation Center:

• Credit card number

• Park and campsite preferences (have alternative choices ready)

• Arrival and departure dates

• Specific customer information for each site you wish to reserve - camper's name, address, phone number, email address, and tent / RV equipment type

Making Reservations

• Reservations can be made up to nine months prior to your arrival date.

• Reservations can be made up to 8 pm prior to your arrival date.

• You can reserve at the days in advance of arrival date .

Online Reservations

 You will easy online than by calling the RV park office to make a Reservation. Prior to making an online reservation, that also can be made by calling our office ask question.
